Our history starts with jeetmods.com, a now-defunct car blog that eventually moved in all directions, eventually colliding with anthropology/sociology. I felt the name was not characteristic enough of the articles I was writing, so I decided to transfer them to this page, jeetlag.com (a play on jet lag, one of the more interesting phenomena to me, with discussions about it being a prime example of evolutionary mismatch (that’s a whole other article, though!))

For me, it was completely no commitment; I write whenever I feel. On average, I get about 25 visitors a month, reading (I hope reading!) from all kinds of places, including Canada, the UK, and the USA.
